Marketplace Trade & Delivery Policies

Owned and operated by Gammabetic Solution Limited (RC: 9494854). Last updated: July 6, 2026

This document establishes the official Acceptable Use Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy governing all buyers, sellers, vendors, and independent delivery runners on the KampuzHub platform. It operates as a direct addendum to the core KampuzHub Terms & Conditions and Billing Policy.

1Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1.1 Prohibited Items & Services

Users are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, purchasing, trading, or utilizing independent Runners to transport any items within the following classifications:

  • Illegal Substances & Pharmaceuticals: Controlled drugs, prescription-only medications, unauthorized herbal supplements, steroids, or associated drug paraphernalia.
  • Weapons & Public Safety Hazards: Firearms, live ammunition, tactical blades, pocket knives, fireworks, combustible fuels, or hazardous chemicals.
  • Academic Integrity Violations: Completed university assignments, continuous assessment scripts, term papers, dissertations, leaked exam papers, live test banks, or paid academic impersonation services.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Counterfeit luxury merchandise, replica designer apparel, bootleg software keys, or unauthorized digital distribution of textbook PDFs.
  • Regulated & Adult Content: Pornographic material, sexually explicit media, physical adult novelties, unlicensed alcohol sales, or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes.

1.2 Wallet & Financial Misconduct

As a platform operating a digital wallet ledger with internal peer-to-peer transfers, Gammabetic Solution Limited strictly prohibits:

  • Unauthorized Money Transmission: Utilizing internal wallet-to-wallet transfers for purposes unassociated with a legitimate platform transaction or verified errand (e.g., peer-to-peer cash swapping, currency structuring, or unauthorized loan distributions).
  • Payout Misalignment: Attempting to extract accumulated wallet balances into commercial Nigerian bank accounts where the registered account name does not match the BVN or NIN identity verified on the user’s profile.

1.3 Fee Circumvention (Off-Platform Trading)

  • Off-Platform Settlement: Negotiating, soliciting, or completing payments outside of KampuzHub's escrow rails. Suggesting direct physical cash handovers or private bank transfers to bypass platform fees instantly voids all user protections and results in an immediate permanent ban.

2Shipping & Delivery Policy

2.1 Fulfillment Structure

KampuzHub is a peer-to-peer campus marketplace utility; Gammabetic Solution Limited does not operate fulfillment centers, store physical inventory, or manage delivery logistics. All products are packaged, fulfilled, and transported directly by independent third-party sellers, merchants, or platform Runners.

2.2 P2P Hand-to-Hand Handovers

  • Public Safe Spots: For safety, hand-to-hand transactions must occur exclusively at the campus-designated Public Safe Spots (or Trusted Public Places) displayed inside the active order panel.
  • Fulfillment Approval: Upon meeting at a Public Safe Spot, the buyer must inspect the physical asset. If satisfied, they provide the transaction pin code to the seller or confirm receipt directly within the app interface to mark the item as completed.

2.3 Errand Runner Framework

When an independent Delivery Runner is assigned to transport an item or execute an errand, tracking progresses strictly through our six-milestone delivery chain: Created ➔ Applied ➔ Accepted ➔ Picked Up ➔ Delivered ➔ Completed.

Runner Care Liability

Runners must handle items with utmost care during the transit phase. If an item is proven to be stolen, abandoned, or intentionally damaged while progressing between the Picked Up and Delivered milestones, Gammabetic Solution Limited reserves the right to deduct points, lower ratings, or block the Runner's internal wallet balance to cover the item's cost.

3Returns & Refunds Policy

3.1 The Escrow Locking System

  • Fund Protection: When a purchase is initiated or an errand is booked, the capital is debited from the buyer's digital wallet and placed into a secure escrow lock. Funds are completely inaccessible to the seller or runner until delivery is confirmed.
  • Finality of Sales: Once the order reaches its final milestone ("Completed") via explicit buyer confirmation or the expiration of the standard automated verification window without dispute, the escrow unlocks. Funds are pushed to the vendor's withdrawable balance, and the sale is considered finalized and non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellations & Halts

  • Marketplace Purchases: A buyer can cancel an order without penalty at any point before the seller flags the item as dispatched or hands it to an independent runner.
  • Errand Runs: An errand can be canceled by the initiator without charge only if it remains in the Created or Applied phases. Once a runner is Accepted, a cancellation penalty may apply to compensate the runner.

3.3 Dispute & Arbitration Framework

If an item is defective, completely missing, or fails to match its described condition (New, Used, etc.), the buyer must immediately halt the escrow by choosing the "Raise a Dispute" option in the app before the escrow window unlocks.

Evidence Collection

The disputing party must provide clear, live evidence (such as photos, unpacking videos, or platform chat records) within the order panel.

Gammabetic Arbitration

Our support team will thoroughly review the platform chat records, delivery milestone timelines, and uploaded evidence.

Resolution Scenarios

  • Refund to Buyer: If the item was misdescribed, counterfeit, or never arrived, 100% of the escrow funds are reversed back to the buyer's internal platform wallet in NGN.
  • Release to Seller/Runner: If evidence confirms the item matched the description and was safely delivered, the dispute is resolved in favor of the vendor, and funds are permanently pushed to their withdrawable balance.

Return Logistics

If a physical return is mandated during arbitration, the buyer must return the asset to the vendor's designated campus public spot. The buyer's wallet refund will be finalized once the vendor confirms receipt of the returned item in its original condition.
