This document establishes the official Acceptable Use Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy governing all buyers, sellers, vendors, and independent delivery runners on the KampuzHub platform. It operates as a direct addendum to the core KampuzHub Terms & Conditions and Billing Policy.
Users are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, purchasing, trading, or utilizing independent Runners to transport any items within the following classifications:
As a platform operating a digital wallet ledger with internal peer-to-peer transfers, Gammabetic Solution Limited strictly prohibits:
KampuzHub is a peer-to-peer campus marketplace utility; Gammabetic Solution Limited does not operate fulfillment centers, store physical inventory, or manage delivery logistics. All products are packaged, fulfilled, and transported directly by independent third-party sellers, merchants, or platform Runners.
When an independent Delivery Runner is assigned to transport an item or execute an errand, tracking progresses strictly through our six-milestone delivery chain: Created ➔ Applied ➔ Accepted ➔ Picked Up ➔ Delivered ➔ Completed.
Runners must handle items with utmost care during the transit phase. If an item is proven to be stolen, abandoned, or intentionally damaged while progressing between the Picked Up and Delivered milestones, Gammabetic Solution Limited reserves the right to deduct points, lower ratings, or block the Runner's internal wallet balance to cover the item's cost.
If an item is defective, completely missing, or fails to match its described condition (New, Used, etc.), the buyer must immediately halt the escrow by choosing the "Raise a Dispute" option in the app before the escrow window unlocks.
The disputing party must provide clear, live evidence (such as photos, unpacking videos, or platform chat records) within the order panel.
Our support team will thoroughly review the platform chat records, delivery milestone timelines, and uploaded evidence.
If a physical return is mandated during arbitration, the buyer must return the asset to the vendor's designated campus public spot. The buyer's wallet refund will be finalized once the vendor confirms receipt of the returned item in its original condition.
