KampuzHub operates a digital wallet system for peer-to-peer campus trades. All financial activities are conducted in Nigerian Naira (₦). Deposits can be made into user wallets via authorized payment gateways (including credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments).

Users may purchase recurring subscription upgrades on KampuzHub:

All subscription purchases are processed immediately and are non-refundable once the tier perks have been activated on the user's profile.

To keep the platform secure, Gammabetic Labs processes peer-to-peer orders using a secure escrow system:

4Withdrawals and Payout Processing

Users can withdraw their cleared wallet balance directly into any registered commercial bank account in Nigeria:

• Standard Withdrawal Fee: A flat charge of ₦50 is levied on each withdrawal to cover clearing merchant transactions (except for Platinum tier users).
• Processing Windows: Bank transfers are initiated instantly but may take up to 24 hours to complete depending on interbank settlement networks.
• KYC Gate: Withdrawals will be put on hold if the target bank account name does not match the user's verified KYC (NIN/BVN) profile.

5Refund & Escrow Dispute Resolution

Buyers can trigger a dispute if an item is not delivered or fails to match description guidelines.

• Refund Releases: Once Gammabetic Labs confirms a dispute in the buyer's favor, 100% of the escrow funds are reversed to the buyer's wallet immediately.
• Runner Compensation: If a runner completes the errand correctly but the poster refuses to verify completion, the runner can submit evidence to support a manual payout release.
