1Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Gammabetic Labs ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the KampuzHub application, website, and related peer-to-peer services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, posting items for sale, posting errands, or applying to run errands on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

2User Eligibility & Registrations

KampuzHub is a specialized student utility. To register:

• You must be an active student, lecturer, or verified campus affiliate.
• You must provide a valid email (restricted to top-level domains, with student emails allowed). The use of email aliases (such as the "+" subaddressing parameter) is strictly blocked to maintain network security.
• Passwords must meet complexity rules (minimum 8 characters, containing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters).
• Usernames must not contain whitespaces or special emojis and must remain safe for campus views.

3Identity Verification & Trust Gateways

To build a secure campus ecosystem, Gammabetic Labs operates strict identity gateways:

Providing false credentials, spoofed identification details, or using another person's NIN/BVN will result in immediate lifetime banning from the Platform and reporting to student union authorities and law enforcement.

4Marketplace Rules & Safety

Sellers are fully responsible for their listings. By uploading a product, you warrant that:

• The price, quantity, category, and condition (New, Used, etc.) are described honestly.
• You possess the legal ownership to sell the item.
• Prohibited items (weapons, drugs, stolen goods, exam leak materials) are strictly banned.

Public Safe Spots: For peer-to-peer handovers, users are strongly advised to meet only at the campus-designated Public Safe Spots (or Trusted Public Places) displayed in order panels. Avoid meeting in private rooms, bushes, or dark locations.

5Escrow Payments, Wallets & Refunds

KampuzHub operates a proprietary wallet system to provide transaction security:

Withdrawals to commercial bank accounts are processed in NGN and are subject to network settlement times and fee guidelines as detailed in the app.

6Delivery Runner Terms

Runners act as independent service providers. Upon accepting an application, the runner commits to completing the six delivery milestones (Created, Applied, Accepted, Picked Up, Delivered, Completed) within standard timelines. Runners must handle items with care. Gammabetic Labs holds the right to penalize runner ratings, deduct points, or block wallet balances if items are stolen or intentionally damaged.

7Subscribed Tiers & Gamification

Users can buy Silver, Gold, or Platinum premium subscriptions. Tiers grant extra free listings, verification visibility, and double referral multipliers. Points, levels (Odogwu, Plug, Baller, Fresher), and achievements are platform rewards and hold no real cash value unless a specific referral cash pool is won in our official contests.

8Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GAMMABETIC LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LACK OF HANDOVER COMPLETION, OR PHYSICAL ACCIDENTS DURING DELIVERY RUNS.

9Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
