Gammabetic Labs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of KampuzHub to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and local copyright protection codes in Nigeria, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed on our Platform.

2Prohibited Infringing Listings

Users are strictly forbidden from uploading copyrighted materials without authorization. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Photocopied textbooks, course packets, and university curriculum slides sold for profit.
• Counterfeit clothing, shoes, replicas, or bootleg software listings.
• Proprietary university assessment answers or assignment solving services.

3How to File an Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any listing or user content on KampuzHub infringes your work, you may submit a formal Notice containing the following information:

Submit your completed Notice to our designated IP agent at dmca@gammabeticlabs.com.

4Take-Down & Counter-Notification Procedures

Upon receiving a valid Infringement Notice, Gammabetic Labs will immediately delete or disable access to the disputed listing. We will notify the seller who posted the item.

If the seller believes their listing was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a Counter-Notification to our email. The Counter-Notice must verify their ownership rights, request listing restoration, and consent to local jurisdiction resolution.

5Repeat Infringer Policy

Gammabetic Labs enforces a zero-tolerance repeat infringer policy. Any user who receives more than two (2) verified copyright takedown notices will have their account permanently terminated, their wallet locked, and their student email blocked from re-registration.
