This Candidate Privacy Policy applies to the personal information of individuals who apply for employment, internships, work-study roles, or campus brand ambassador roles at KampuzHub, which is operated and managed by Gammabetic Labs. It does not apply to standard platform users, buyers, sellers, or delivery runners who are governed by our main Privacy Policy.

2Information We Collect from Candidates

When you submit an application, we collect relevant details to review your eligibility:

• Contact Information: Full name, telephone number, residential address, personal email, and student portal handles.
• Professional Experience: CV/Resume, cover letter, references, previous gig statistics, portfolios, and GitHub link histories.
• Academic Credentials: Current university, course of study, matriculation verification records, and GPA standing reports where required.
• Verification Records: Copy of your student ID card or national ID to confirm enrollment.

3How We Use Candidate Data

Gammabetic Labs processes candidate records strictly for recruitment and ambassador selection:

• Evaluating qualifications, skillsets, and culture fits for our operations.
• Verifying student enrollment status and disciplinary histories with campus boards.
• Reaching out to schedule video interviews or training seminars.
• Generating employment agreements or brand ambassador contracts.

4Data Retention Policy

If your application is successful, your data is converted into an employee/ambassador personnel file. If your application is unsuccessful, Gammabetic Labs retains your CV and communication logs for up to 12 months to contact you for future campus openings, after which it is completely deleted from our applicant databases.

5Data Security & Sharing Controls

Candidate records are strictly restricted to members of Gammabetic Labs' Human Resources and recruitment departments. We do not sell or lease candidate data to external educational institutions or student advertising agencies.
